This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between PayRep Microfinance Bank Limited (the "Merchant") and its customers ("Customer") for the provision and use of financial services.
By accessing or using any services provided by the Merchant, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Merchant offers financial services which may include:
Note: The Merchant reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at its discretion.
The Customer agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information when using the Merchant's services.
Use the services only for lawful purposes.
Keep all security credentials, PINs, passwords, or authentication details confidential.
"Any transaction carried out using the Customer's authentication credentials shall be deemed authorized by the Customer."
Certain services may attract fees or charges. The Customer agrees to pay all applicable charges associated with the use of the Merchant's services.
The Merchant will make reasonable efforts to ensure that its services are available at all times. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Merchant's control.
The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Merchant's services, including:
The Merchant shall not be liable for any loss resulting from:
- The Customer's negligence
- Incorrect transaction details
- Unauthorized access caused by failure to safeguard security credentials
The Merchant reserves the right to update or amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Federal Republic of Nigeria
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
